# Vault Templates

Create templates to standardize daily journals, project pages, and formatting templates.

## Configuring Templates

1. Go to the **Templates** page.
2. Click **Create Template**.
3. Define placeholders (like `{{date}}`, `{{title}}`, or `{{time}}`).
4. Set rule configurations:
   - **Daily Note Template:** Set a template to automatically populate today's entry.
   - **Trigger templates:** Assign template layouts to run on specific folder paths.
