## 1\. Purpose

This policy protects Phasoric users, third parties, and the service. It applies to hosted accounts, public shares, exchanges, signing, integrations, APIs, automation, and any content or activity transmitted through Phasoric.

## 2\. Prohibited activity

You may not use Phasoric to:

- Break the law, violate another person's rights, or facilitate illegal goods, services, or transactions.
- Infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, contractual, or data-protection rights.
- Harass, threaten, exploit, deceive, defraud, impersonate, or facilitate abuse of a person, including sexual exploitation or content involving the abuse of minors.
- Send spam, phishing, credential-harvesting, malware, ransomware, destructive code, or unsolicited bulk messages.
- Gain unauthorized access; bypass authentication, rate limits, human-review gates, billing, or security controls; probe systems without permission; or extract data through scraping or automated means outside documented interfaces and limits.
- Interfere with service availability, impose unreasonable load, evade quotas, or use compromised accounts, credentials, devices, or infrastructure.
- Publish highly sensitive personal information without authority or use surveillance, biometrics, profiling, or inference to cause unlawful discrimination or harm.
- Present generated content as verified fact, professional advice, or an authorized human decision when it has not received the required review.
- Allow an automated system to make a consequential legal, medical, employment, credit, housing, insurance, educational-placement, grading, or similar decision without lawful authority, appropriate safeguards, and accountable human review.
- Use signing or private exchange to misrepresent consent, forge identity, distribute unlawful material, or evade a required legal formality.

## 3\. Content and security testing

Public or shared content must be something you have authority to distribute. Security research must stay within an expressly authorized scope and must not access another person's data, degrade the service, or use a finding for coercion. Report vulnerabilities to security@phasoric.com.

## 4\. Enforcement and reporting

We may rate-limit, quarantine, remove, suspend, or terminate affected content or access based on severity, recurrence, legal obligation, or risk. When safe and permitted, we will explain the reason and allow a response or cure. Report abuse or unlawful content to support@phasoric.com; send legal notices to legal@phasoric.com. Include the relevant URL or account, the conduct at issue, and evidence you are authorized to provide.
