## 1\. Individual accounts

The person who controls an individual account's verified email and credentials is ordinarily its account owner. An employer, client, school, or other organization may instead own an account created or paid for on its behalf when a written agreement, verified domain, provisioning record, or other reliable evidence establishes that relationship.

## 2\. Organizations and workspaces

Organization and workspace owners control membership, role assignment, organization policy, billing administration, and organization-controlled data. Administrators may exercise the powers shown in the product but cannot assume powers reserved to an owner or system operator. Members retain rights in their own content subject to the organization's lawful rights, agreements, retention rules, and instructions.

Local-only vaults remain under the control of the device or browser profile holding them. Content in Dropbox, Google Drive, or GitHub remains subject to the connected account's ownership and access controls. Phasoric cannot transfer or recover a vault it does not possess or control.

## 3\. Transfers and departures

Owners should maintain more than one current recovery path and plan for employee departure, disability, or succession. An authorized owner may transfer workspace responsibility through available controls. Transfers that affect the organization owner or a disputed account require human review and reliable evidence of authority; Phasoric will not decide an employment, estate, corporate, or contractual dispute based only on possession of a password.

## 4\. Disputes

During a credible ownership dispute, we may preserve the status quo, restrict high-risk changes, request documents, or suspend an affected transfer while the parties resolve authority. We may follow a binding court order or lawful process. We do not provide private content to a claimant without a valid access basis.

## 5\. Account closure

Before an owner leaves or closes an account, the organization should transfer ownership, review connections, settle billing, and export needed data. Permanent account deletion may remove hosted content and access for all dependent members. Contact support@phasoric.com for a transfer review.
