## 1\. Public vendor-minimum approach

Phasoric publishes the service categories and data flows needed to understand its processing. We do not publish the identity of infrastructure, database, analytics-infrastructure, transactional-email, security, or hosted-intelligence vendors. Exact current identities, processing locations, transfer details, and relevant subprocessor chains are provided confidentially to eligible customers during procurement or under a Data Processing Addendum when legally or contractually required.

## 2\. Service-provider categories

- **Hosting, content delivery, and private object storage:** Serves the application and stores customer-authorized hosted attachments or workflow artifacts.
- **Managed database services:** Store account, authorization, billing, audit, metadata, and Phasoric Hosted records in the applicable control or knowledge plane.
- **Transactional email delivery:** Delivers verification, recovery, security, billing, signing, exchange, and operational messages and processes delivery and suppression events.
- **Security, reliability, and support:** Helps prevent abuse, diagnose bounded reliability events, and support customer-directed investigations.
- **Hosted-intelligence routing and model processing:** Processes bounded prompts, authorized context, and usage records only when an account enables and invokes a hosted-intelligence feature.
- **Stripe:** Processes payments, subscriptions, invoices, taxes, refunds, and related commercial identifiers.
- **Google, Microsoft, and OpenAI Ads:** Process data only for the optional identity, storage, analytics, or advertising-measurement features a customer or user enables.

## 3\. User-directed connected services

Dropbox, Google Drive, and GitHub receive content only when a user connects an account and maps or sends data to that provider. These providers operate under their own agreement with the user or customer; their role may be a direct recipient, independent controller, or customer-authorized processor depending on the connection and applicable law.

## 4\. Changes and objections

We may change providers within a category as the service evolves. Where a contract or applicable data-processing law requires notice, disclosure, or an opportunity to object, the confidential subprocessor schedule and applicable customer notice process control. An eligible customer may request the current confidential schedule or raise a reasoned data-protection objection through privacy@phasoric.com.
