1. Portability first
Phasoric is designed around portable Markdown, explicit storage choices, and exportable account data. Local-only and connected-provider vaults remain separately controlled; Phasoric Hosted users can export hosted account data and should also maintain independent backups appropriate to their needs.
2. Changes and availability
We maintain operational, backup, incident, and recovery procedures for hosted services, but no service can promise permanent or uninterrupted availability. Features may evolve, and preview features may be withdrawn. Material changes will be communicated through release notes, the service, account email, or an applicable customer channel when reasonably practicable.
3. Discontinuation
If we plan to discontinue a generally available hosted service, we will make a reasonable effort to provide at least 30 days' notice and a practical export path before shutdown. A shorter period may be necessary for law, security, provider failure, insolvency, force majeure, or protection of users. Paid customers will receive any refund required by law or their written order for a prepaid period that Phasoric ends early.
4. Customer continuity responsibilities
Customers should test exports, keep recovery information current, avoid making a browser cache the only copy of critical data, document organization ownership, and maintain contingency plans appropriate to their risk. Contact support@phasoric.com if an export or continuity control is unavailable.
